Bush is caught in a lie. Nothing new, just taking the flip-flopping thing way too far. Apparently, he didn't read the Cliffs notes quite well enough to improvise on them.

Ever notice that the charge of flip-flopping is all he can ever come up with? He can't even describe his own Iraq policy. Maybe he's just not got one...
