Ballot measure X

For my Oregon readers:

Proposes an amendment to the constitution of the state of Oregon to immediately invalidate and declare unconstitutional any subsequent ballot measure proposed, endorsed, written by or otherwise supported by Kevin Mannix, Bill Sizemore and Don McIntire.

Probably simpler than having them spend all their time, effort and money on proposing reams of ballot measures that either fail or are shot down by the courts and modified by the legislature every election cycle for the last two decades or so.
