All about the awl

The unhinged liberal media has succeeded in convincing Americans that the number one environmental issue we face is global warming. We all know of course that the number one environmental issue the nation faces is John Kerry's sense of humor terror and that this is just a diversionary tactic by cut-and-runners to deflect from the progress we have made on improving the environment in Iraq. Now liberals are up in arms about the appointment of former ExxonMobil CEO Lee Raymond and the National Petroleum Council to chart our energy future! I mean, what should Bush have done? Appoint someone who accepts the concept of peak oil? And why would we want a Congress that would question this, when oil company profits help ensure a sound energy future?

Unhinged liberal members of Congress are also beginning to ask questions about what happened to all the taxpayer funded climate science and why ExxonMobil pays front groups to disseminate false information. I have to agree with James Inhofe that "this is purely eleventh-hour election-year politics." Because it normally wouldn't matter to the American people that our government is intentionally withholding information while allowing proven liars to head important committees!

In the end the choice is clear: do you want Nancy Pelosi to give all our oil away to the terrorists for free or do you want the government to keep your taxes low by outsourcing energy policy and global warming science? The choice is clear.
