Shark Tale
This gem from the "American Family Association" highlights a serious problem with today'society.
"when it comes to teaching kids what they need to know, 'It's never too young to start.'
Indeed, it's never to early to start.....uhhm...
"to accept homosexuality"
This Shark Tale movie sounds like it's more like about a shark's "tail." Yowzers! Indeed, the movie is, in the words of Peter Debruge
"a weak allegory about a macho dad learning to accept his gay son."
Weak allegory? Hell no! It's so much more than that:
"Lenny's mannerisms and voice tend toward the effeminate"
Moreover,
"he's a closet vegetarian, and Lenny understands just how unnatural that is for sharks."
Gasp! A closet vegetarian, unnatural. That's clearly the gay agenda seeping through! The unaccepting father is confronted,
"Everybody loves him, just the way he is. Why can't you?"
But that's clearly not what we should be teaching out children. Acceptance goes only so far.
"Two decades ago, accepting differences meant accepting a person who might have a different skin color, or be from a different ethnic background....however, Shark Tale comes far too close to taking a bite out of traditional moral and spiritual beliefs.",
There you have it. First it was the blacks and jews getting uppity, now it's the queers. We've got to draw the line somewhere! The manly thing for the father to do would have been be to shoot the son for being different! We demand this film be edited to include our concerns as righteous parents.
