Ask Dr. Cameron

Dear Dr. Cameron,
I am a proud graduate of William Jennings Bryant High School in Liberal, Kansas. Here at William Jennings we have learned that there is no such thing as evolution [ed: very tongue-in-cheek]. We all know that God created everything, including Pinot Noir, in 3027 BC. Therefore what's all the fuss about supposedly new clones of Pinot noir and Chardonnay?
Piously,
Penelopy

Dear Penelopy,
You make an excellent point. Here at Cameron our Pinot noirs are so complex that their creation can only be explained by the intelligent design of our winemaking staff. However, I am at a loss to explain why our wines evolve in the bottle. Perhaps it is the Devil's trickery. I wish you luck in your new Wal-Mart job in Liberal.
Sincerely,
Dr. Cameron
