From a recent e-mail to all employers (employer's name X'd out):

"Under XXXX's policy on policy development, any interim policy amendment or change needs to be reviewed by the policy advisory committee..."


I think this means that the policy committee's policy on policy amendments shall proceed under the policy of policy development as determined by the policy committee.
