PA wines

just surfing around to find out how difficult it'll be to acquire wines in PA, and came across this PDF about the state's liquor controller responding to the economic drag that the lack of liquor store selection and convenience was putting on the state. PA's selection seems [somewhat] reasonable and their prices are [more or less] also reasonable....touche

Apparently the state has the purchasing power to get some good deals.
