Here's Jeff Cooper, from the NRA board of directors on

--inner-city violence:
"…the consensus is that no more than five to ten people in a hundred who die by gunfire in Los Angeles are any loss to society."

--crime:
"Every month in a different big city we should sew up a thousand of them in a huge sack and dump it into the Mississippi."

He's seeking re-election.
