TWIRP day

From the Houston Chronicle comes a story about the Spurger elementary school district's annual "TWIRP" day, designed "to give boys and girls a chance to reverse social roles and let older girls invite boys on dates, open doors and pay for sodas."

Where is the outrage? A school district propagating stereotypical gender roles? Delanda Davies is mad as hell and wants to tell the school district to take your twirps and shove 'em. Will she stand up for women's lib? Uh, in the words of that other website Sadly, no! Being the gun-totin' Bush-votin Texan that she is, she knows that the attack of the gay agenda on our schools is directly linked to the recent outbreak of homosexuality in Spurger. After all, in neighboring Oklahoma lesbianism is so rampant in highschool that girls must go to the bathroom alone. Think about it. To Delanda, TWIRP day is

"like experimenting with drugs. You just keep playing with it and it becomes customary."

Indeed, I think I know exactly what she means; though maybe not in the way that she intended that to come out. Not to worry, though, the Libery Legal Institute knows the law about TWIRP days and sent the homos of Spurger slithering back to their caves in Iraq. For now, instead of TWIRP day, the youth of Spurger, Texas can enjoy "Camouflage day." Because if there's one thing homos don't wear, it's camouflage, just like in the military!
