spinnity spin spin

Listening to the reasoning behind various pieces of environmental legislation and rules discussed and/or passed this week in Washington, we would have a really difficult time believing anything but that we are drilling for oil in the Arctic to increase caribou herd size; that cap-and-trade strategies started 15 years from are an effective way of limiting exposure to toxins that don't travel very far because Chinese coal-fired power plants cause American childhood autism; and that attempting to reduce carbon emissions would actually increase carbon emissions. I feel enlightened.
