While y'all are busy talking about how he is or isn't pro-choice or pro-life or whatever, remember that he doesn't believe most of the provisions of the Endangered Species Act are constitutional and he's all for mountaintop removal mining. He was nominated for that reason and that reason alone, the abortion issue is a ruse. But, as Hinderacker (not Heinrich) says: who the fuck cares about the fucking environment anyway?
