coal is hard to burn

Just saw a comment in an open thread at Atrios' site that reminded me of the following Bush quote I saw while reading through the transcript yesterday:

Now, when you hear people say coal, it causes people to shudder, because coal -- it's hard to burn it.

It's hard, hard work. Burning coal.
