Moreover, unemployment being at a historically low 4.6%, employers in South Carolina have a tough time finding people to work for them and are forced to resort to underpaid illegal workers from outside of the US to do all the work because African-Americans are too busy working well-paying jobs [yes, Tweety asked specifically about African-Americans].
