It's precisely because bin Laden decided to enter Iraq after we toppled Saddam which shows that without Bush's foresight, we would never have known bin Laden would want to use Iraq as a forward base to conduct operations against the US. In an unusual warp of the space-time continuum, Bush was able to simultaneously travel back- and forwards in time, which allowed him to see that as the "Decider" he could simulatenously bring bin Laden out of his wooded Pakistani paradise, foil the Democrats and overthrow the Iranian government.
