Gore

He would have done a better job:
Former U.S. Vice President Al Gore denounced a deal by world leaders on curbing greenhouse gases as "a disgrace disguised as an achievement," saying on Thursday the agreement struck last week was insufficient.
There's a feeble attempt to suggest that because the Senate pre-emptively voted against Kyoto back in 1998, Bush did as much as Clinton/Gore did in advancing climate change legislation. In other words, as with anything, global warming is Clinton's (and thereby Gore's) fault. Bush's pouty performance at the recent G8 meeting and the promised non-event coming up with China and India once again prove otherwise.
