A new assessment by American intelligence agencies concludes that Iran halted its nuclear weapons program in 2003 and that the program remains on hold, contradicting an assessment two years ago that Tehran was working inexorably toward building a bomb.

...I guess all that war hawks can do now that they can't trust the national intelligence estimate to provide them with enough fodder for war is disregard it and get us to listen to what their interpretations of Ahmadinejad's implications are about nuclear weapons and Israel.
