Back to work?

Obviously, I've not been blogging enough recently:

Anyone else see a correlation there?

To be precise, the survey asked if the news media is exaggerating global warming; not whether the science is exaggerated as the headline suggests. And honestly, I've seen the tide turn from woefully inadequate reporting (some scientists say one thing, some say the opposite!) to in some cases exaggerating the effects or the speed with which some of the effects of global warming will take place.

What is disconcerting is that one cold winter and the percentage of people thinking global warming has not begun yet drops from 61 to 53%. These things take time, people. It's not like the stimulus plan which is expected to work perfectly before it's even enacted.
